Standard Items (non-customized):

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Custom & Personalized Orders:

Due to the custom nature of embroidery, engraving, and personalized items, all sales are final unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.
Sale Items:

Clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
