We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

Standard Items (non-customized):

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Custom & Personalized Orders:

• Due to the custom nature of embroidery, engraving, and personalized items, all sales are final unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

• If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

Sale Items:

• Clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:

• Bring your item(s) and receipt to our store during regular business hours.

• For shipped orders, please contact us before returning so we can provide instructions.
